Hi! My name is Crystal and I am working on designing a life I love! My husband and I live in California with our dog, Millie, our two cats, Delilah and Marshall, and our eight chickens. We love to spend our time exploring the great outdoors and being creative in our own ways. We are working hard to settle into the farmstead and enjoy learning to do new things on our own. We also love to spend our time dreaming about the future to come.

My passions lie in helping others to create a life that supports their dreams. I currently do this by teaching elementary students and working with adults through nutrition coaching and education. I also love to create anything with my hands! From healthy meals to home decor, I’m happy to tackle it all! I look forward to you joining my community and working on creating a wholehearted life together!
